About the Role
As an Account Executive – Cross Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our revenue growth strategy by unlocking the full potential of our existing client base. This position is designed for a proactive sales professional who excels at consultative relationship management and can navigate complex client needs to present high-value, complementary solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they have access to the full suite of our products and services to overcome their unique business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

Meet and exceed revenue and cross-sell targets on a consistent basis.

Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
