Job Overview:
As a General Labourer in our Barrie warehouse, you will pick, build, wrap, label, and stage product orders for shipment. Using manual or electric pallet jacks and handheld scanners, you ensure accuracy, quality, and safe transport of products while meeting daily productivity goals. Physical work and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build accurate, high-quality product orders and prepare them for shipment

• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

• Utilize voice picking software when required to meet productivity standards

• Move, lift (up to 50 lbs), and stage products in designated shipping areas

• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• 1+ year of warehouse, production, or equipment handling experience

• Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks

• Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets

• Forklift certification is an asset
