The Duty Manager at Hilton is a high-visibility leadership role dedicated to orchestrating exceptional guest experiences within the hotel lobby and public areas. Acting as a primary brand ambassador, the manager is responsible for greeting VIPs, assisting long-stay guests, and proactively engaging with visitors to ensure a seamless stay. Beyond guest relations, the role involves resolving complaints promptly, monitoring satisfaction reports, and implementing strategic improvements.
Operationally, the Duty Manager oversees vital safety and administrative protocols, including health and safety audits, emergency procedures, and strict credit compliance. Candidates are expected to possess 1–2 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong commercial acumen for managing budgets and revenue forecasting.
