Key Responsibilities & Event Operations
Guest Experience & Safety

First Impressions: Greet and assist attendees with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive start to their event experience.

Information Hub: Provide general event details, help attendees find their seats or amenities, and resolve basic inquiries.

Crowd Management: Direct parking and control pedestrian traffic to ensure a safe and orderly flow of people and vehicles.
Operational Support

Field Work: Be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions and temperatures.

Chain of Command: Work under the direct supervision of an Event Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead to execute the specific needs of the venue.

Physical Presence: Stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods to maintain visibility and readiness to assist.
Requirements & Physical Demands

Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills are essential. You must be comfortable giving clear directions and helping guests who may be confused or frustrated.

Availability: Seeking “flexible” individuals who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Day shifts are required, while night and overnight shifts are preferred.
