The Lash Lounge & sugaringLA is hiring a high-energy, sales-focused Front Desk Associate for their Nora Plaza location in Indianapolis. This is a “guest-obsessed” role where you act as the face of the studio, managing everything from organic skincare consultations to membership sales.

Since opening in Spring 2025, this location has grown rapidly, offering a “no-drama” team culture and a clear path for advancement. This role is ideal for someone who loves the beauty industry and thrives on hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Sales Operations

Membership & Product Growth

• Sales Specialist: Confidently promote and sell memberships, service packages, and luxury retail products to meet monthly goals.

• Guest Consultation: Greet guests and provide expert advice on lash, brow, and sugaring services to customize their experience.

• Retention: Resolve guest concerns with tact and professional “follow-through” to ensure long-term brand loyalty.

Studio Management

• Digital Coordination: Manage complex booking schedules via phone, text, and MindBody software.

• Operational Flow: Ensure the front desk runs with high accuracy and efficiency, supporting the service technicians to maintain a 5-star studio environment.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the brand traits: transparent, simple, warm, inviting, and individualized.

Requirements & Schedule

Qualifications

• Experience: Background in sales, customer service, or membership-based businesses (e.g., gyms, spas, or boutiques).

• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and master studio management software.

• Interpersonal Skills: A “rockstar” personality that lights up a room and handles fast-paced environments with ease.

• Professionalism: Shows up sharp, on time, and team-oriented for every shift.

Availability (10–25 Hours/Week)

• Weekday Evenings: Mandatory availability.

• Weekends: Must be available for shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
