Key Responsibilities: The “Front-End” Service Cycle

You are responsible for ensuring that the guest’s journey ends on a high note through efficiency and politeness.

  • Elite Guest Engagement: Greet every customer warmly and professionally, acting as a brand ambassador for Walmart’s “Service Excellence.”

  • Transaction Mastery: Efficiently process purchase transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring every item is scanned correctly.

  • Merchandise Care: Assist customers with bagging and loading items carefully to ensure products reach their homes in perfect condition.

  • Program Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote store-sponsored programs (e.g., Rewards programs, protection plans, or charitable drives).
