Job Overview: Remote Hotel Reservations Agent
TEKsystems is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global hospitality call center in a permanent work-from-home capacity. While the role is remote, candidates must be based in Phoenix, AZ, or the surrounding metropolitan area to meet local residency requirements.
As a Reservations Agent, you are the first point of contact for travelers worldwide. You will manage the “Booking Lifecycle,” from initial inquiry and room selection to final confirmation, ensuring every guest starts their journey with professional and helpful service.
Key Responsibilities & Remote Operations
Reservation Management

Inbound Handling: Answer high-volume calls from global travelers, providing a warm and professional introduction to the hotel brand.
