Job Overview: Housekeeper (Room Attendant)
Ledgestone Hospitality LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper for the Fairfield Inn Phoenix/Chandler West. Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, you will be the primary guardian of the hotel’s cleanliness standards, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas provide a “warm, welcoming, and safe” environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes pride in manual precision and understands that a guest’s confidence in their stay begins with the quality of their room’s sanitation.
Key Responsibilities & Environmental Standards
Guest Room Sanitation

Comprehensive Turnover: Clean and stock assigned guest rooms to brand standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.

Deep Cleaning: Sanitize bathrooms (toilets, tubs, and sinks) and clean all room appliances or dishes where applicable.

Inventory Management: Ensure housekeeping carts and storage rooms are organized and fully stocked with supplies and fresh linens.

Detail Orientation: Straighten furnishings and replace guest amenities to create a “guest-ready” visual appeal.
Safety & Compliance

Chemical Safety: Follow strict manufacturer protocols for safe chemical handling and storage.

Regulatory Adherence: Comply with all OSHA, Federal, and State guidelines regarding fire, health, and environmental safety.

Maintenance Reporting: Observe and report any deficiencies in furniture, walls, or carpet to the Head Housekeeper to ensure timely repairs.
