  • Dismounted Close Combat (DCC): Maintaining high-level infantry skills and combat effectiveness within the squadron.

3. Administration & Coordination

  • BAMS Oversight: Controlling the Squadron Booking and Management System (BAMS) for all training resources and schedules.

  • Integration: Working with wider training teams to support Phase 3 (advanced) training and ensure a seamless “One Mitie” style of service across the RAF units.
