Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “Technical Excellence Lifecycle” through a rigorous coordination and compliance framework:

  • Multidisciplinary Orchestration: Coordinating design activities across roads, water, utilities, and bridges to maintain “Systems DNA” and ensure integrated outputs.

  • Progress Stewardship: Tracking deliverables, schedules, and interdependencies, ensuring all milestones align with “Project Integrity.”

  • Consolidation Intelligence: Reviewing and consolidating design inputs from various engineering teams to create a “Unified Technical Narrative.”

  • Authority Governance: Ensuring all design packages comply with UAE Authority requirements and managing the submission/clarification interface.

Candidate Requirements
