Job Summary
The Assistant Front Office Manager at the Courtyard® & Residence Inn® Montréal Airport is a high-visibility “Operational & Leadership” role managing two complementary Marriott-branded properties. Reporting to the Front Office leadership team, you will have the “wit” to navigate the complex guest needs of an international airport hub and the “grit” to supervise a dual-hotel reception team in a high-volume environment. Operational Supervision: Ensure the smooth execution of daily Front Office tasks across both hotels, conducting regular inspection rounds to maintain 5-star quality.

Team Engagement: Assist in supervising, training, and onboarding new associates; act as the primary resource for the team during fast-paced shifts.
