Key Responsibilities & Management Standards

Childcare & SEN Support

  • Active Engagement: Supervise and engage two energetic boys (aged 7 and 8) who love the outdoors and physical activities.

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN): Provide care for one child with well-managed medical conditions. While full training is provided, a background in SEN is a massive advantage.

  • Routine Management: Ensure all school and after-school schedules are organized and executed flawlessly.

House Management & Culinary Art

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day running of the home, including washing, ironing, and light daily cleaning (supplementing a professional cleaner).

  • Thoughtful Touches: Enhance the home environment with small details like fresh flowers and lighting candles.

  • Healthy Cooking: Create nutritious, homemade meals from scratch with a focus on creativity and health.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in professional childcare.

  • Driving: A valid driver’s license is essential for school runs and activities.

  • Safety: Must possess an Enhanced DBS Check (registered on the update service) and a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

  • References: Must provide at least two professional referees, including your most recent employer, who are immediately contactable.
