Job Summary
The Full-Time Nanny role in the Don Mills & York Mills area of North York is a premium “Early Development” position for a private household. You will be the primary caregiver for a 14-month-old girl, acting as a developmental partner for parents who work from home. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities: The Toddler Development Cycle
At 14 months, a child is transitioning from infancy to active toddlerhood, requiring a shift toward sensory exploration and physical coordination.

Developmental Programming: Plan and lead activities such as sensory play, reading, and outdoor time to support rapid cognitive growth.

Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve healthy lunches, ensuring the high chair and eating area are sanitized afterward.

Routine Management: Maintain a consistent nap schedule and monitor rest periods to ensure the child is well-rested for afternoon engagement.

Environment Stewardship: Tidy and organize the playroom and child-related areas, ensuring a “clutter-free” safety zone.
