The Organization & Culture CampusReel is a high-growth Education Technology (EdTech) startup that is “turning the college search process upside down.” In 2026, the company’s culture is defined by radical authenticity and democratization. Founded by creators featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, CampusReel’s mission is to provide honest, student-made video content to families who may not have the resources to visit campuses in person. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and deeply student-centric, relying on a massive network of “Brand Ambassadors” to capture the “real” student experience.
