Job Description
Are you a systems architect who understands the “back office” of local government? Morgan Hunt’s client needs a Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer who can do more than just maintain a database—they need someone to evolve it. As the lead for three major NEC modules, you will be the bridge between technical software capabilities and the practical needs of a busy local authority.
This isn’t a role for a generalist. We need someone who speaks “iWorld” fluently and can navigate the complexities of Document Bundling and Email Connect without breaking a sweat. Whether you are troubleshooting a user error, training a new team member, or leading the charge on a software release, your goal is a seamless, functional system. If you have the technical grit to manage the high-pressure Annual Billing cycle and the expertise to implement the latest NEC innovations, this Bristol-based interim contract is your next career milestone.
