Job Description

Are you ready to inspire the next generation of global entrepreneurs and managers? Regent College London is looking for a Lecturer in Business who thrives on seeing their students succeed. Based in the heart of London and the vibrant hub of Southall, you will be joining an institution that prioritizes flexibility and inclusivity.

In this role, you aren’t just a “talking head” in a lecture hall. You are a mentor and a curriculum architect. You will spend your time navigating the intersection of traditional business principles and the digital tools that define modern commerce. Whether you are leading a seminar on strategic management or supporting a student through a difficult module, your focus will always be on academic excellence.

RCL is a “digitally forward” institution. This means you’ll have the resources to innovate, using our VLEs to create a truly immersive learning experience. If you have a Master’s degree, a student-focused heart, and the drive to work in a fast-paced, independent HE environment, we want you to start your journey with us this April.

Regent College London: The Technology-Enabled Pathfinder

Regent College London (RCL) is a fast-growing private higher education institution and a core part of the Regent Group, an education and investment conglomerate founded in 2010. RCL distinguishes itself through its “Thinking into Character” (TiC) philosophy—a unique personal development program integrated into the curriculum to foster mindset and resilience. In 2026, the college is in the midst of an ambitious strategic pivot to become the UK’s first truly technology-enabled British university by 2030.

The culture at RCL is characterized by radical flexibility and student-centricity. Unlike many traditional universities, RCL caters specifically to “career-builders” and mature learners, offering condensed timetables (daytime, evening, and weekend classes) and multiple intakes throughout the year (e.g., April, June, and September). The environment is intensely diverse, with over 10,000 students representing more than 85 nationalities.

The “Thinking into Character” (TiC) Edge

A cornerstone of the Regent experience is the TiC program, designed by Dr. Selva Pankaj. It is a mandatory part of the student journey that focuses on:

    • Goal Setting: Closing the gap between what students “know” and what they “do.”

    • Mental Resilience: Replacing negative habits with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

    • Professional Identity: Shifting students’ self-perception from “learners” to “industry leaders.”
