Job Description

Are you a business professional or academic who believes that education should fit around the student’s life, not the other way around? Regent College London is looking for a Weekend Lecturer in Business to lead our Saturday and Sunday cohorts. As a leading independent provider, we specialize in making degree-level education accessible to those who might not fit the traditional “9-to-5” academic mold.

In this role, you will be the face of the Business faculty on the weekends. You’ll be teaching at our Southall and Central London campuses, bringing real-world business concepts to life for a highly motivated student body. Whether you are explaining the mechanics of a global supply chain or the nuances of organizational behavior, your goal is to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

We pride ourselves on being “student-focused and digitally forward.” You will have the opportunity to shape the curriculum, experiment with new teaching technologies, and lead modules that directly impact the employability of our graduates. If you have a Master’s degree, a passion for teaching, and the flexibility to work across our London campuses, we want you to help us shape the next generation of business leaders starting this April.

Regent College London: The Technology-Enabled Pathfinder

Regent College London (RCL) is a fast-growing private higher education institution and a core part of the Regent Group, an education and investment conglomerate founded in 2010. RCL distinguishes itself through its “Thinking into Character” (TiC) philosophy—a unique personal development program integrated into the curriculum to foster mindset and resilience. In 2026, the college is in the midst of an ambitious strategic pivot to become the UK’s first truly technology-enabled British university by 2030.

The culture at RCL is characterized by radical flexibility and student-centricity. Unlike many traditional universities, RCL caters specifically to “career-builders” and mature learners, offering condensed timetables (daytime, evening, and weekend classes) and multiple intakes throughout the year (e.g., April and September). The environment is intensely diverse, with over 10,000 students representing more than 85 nationalities.

    A Distributed London Presence

RCL operates a “compact campus” model, with multiple locations situated near major transport hubs to maximize accessibility for commuting students.

    • Holborn (Central London): Located on Princeton Street, this is a flagship hub for business and law, surrounded by global corporations.

    • Fitzrovia (Great Titchfield St): A central site near the West End, housing modern learning suites and student lounge areas.

    • Wembley (Madison House): The college’s birthplace, located near the iconic stadium and a thriving local student community.

    Academic Schools & Career Focus

RCL organizes its 2026 curriculum through four specialized academic schools, ensuring that every degree is vocational and “future-proofed”:

    1. School of Business: Offers BSc and MSc pathways in Business Management, Accounting, and the MBA (Executive).

    2. School of Engineering and Computing: Focuses on Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and Digital Technologies in partnership with Pearson and the University of Bolton.

    3. School of Health, Sports Science and Psychology: Delivers programs in Health and Social Care, Psychology, and Social Care, Health and Wellbeing.

    4. School of Law: Providing the LLB (Hons) and specialized LLM tracks in International Business Law.

The “Thinking into Character” (TiC) Edge

A cornerstone of the Regent experience is the TiC program, designed by the Pankaj family. It is a mandatory part of the student journey that focuses on:

    • Goal Setting: Aligning academic study with long-term life aspirations.

    • Mental Resilience: Building the “character” needed to overcome barriers to learning.

    • Professional Identity: Shifting students’ self-perception from “learners” to “industry leaders.”
