Job Description
Are you an expert in the “mechanics” of Higher Education? The University of Roehampton is looking for a Senior Registry Officer who understands that behind every successful student is a perfectly managed record. In this role, you will be the guardian of the student lifecycle, ensuring that the enrolment process is not just a checkbox, but a welcoming and efficient gateway to the university experience.
This position requires a unique blend of technical data management and people leadership. You will be the go-to person when enrolment data needs auditing, but you’ll also be the mentor who helps your team navigate the high-pressure environment of peak registration weeks. Roehampton is a place where “friendly and supportive” isn’t just a phrase; it’s how the Registry team operates. If you have a meticulous eye for detail and the leadership skills to coordinate university-wide intakes, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our institutional service delivery.
Based on our beautiful parkland campus in South West London, you will be part of a team that underpins the excellence recognized by the REF2021. If you are ready to take the next step in your HE administrative career and already hold the right to work in the UK, we want to hear from you.
