Job Description

Are you an EAP professional who enjoys the “big picture” of programme management as much as the “close-up” of classroom teaching? The University of West London is looking for a Programme Support and Tutor who can help our international students find their voice in the UK academic landscape. As part of our award-winning Study Support Team, you will be the bridge between a student’s linguistic potential and their academic success.

In this role, your week might involve leading a seminar on critical analysis in the morning and coordinating with the International Admissions team on student placement in the afternoon. We need a collaborator—someone who understands that EAP isn’t just about grammar; it’s about navigating the culture, compliance, and academic expectations of a Top 50 UK university.

UWL offers a vibrant environment where student satisfaction is our primary metric for success. You will have the opportunity to innovate within our curriculum, designing assessments that are both rigorous and inclusive. If you are a proactive practitioner with a passion for international education and the organizational skills to keep a complex programme running smoothly, we invite you to join our team in West London.
