Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “College Lifecycle” through a high-stakes strategic and administrative framework:

Strategic Orchestration: Aligning College operations with UAEU’s mission to become a global research powerhouse.
Operational Governance: Managing all financial, administrative, and academic functions, including curriculum development and faculty affairs.
Scholarly Leadership: Supporting faculty promotion and evaluation while fostering excellence in research and community engagement.
Research Intelligence: Strengthening the College’s research profile and aggressively increasing external funding and publications.
Partnership Diplomacy: Cultivating high-level collaborations with schools, government ministries, industry leaders, and global academic institutions.
Student Stewardship: Overseeing student life, institutional assessment, and the continuous improvement of the student experience.

Candidate Requirements

UAEU seeks a “Collaborative Authority” with a focus on academic grit:

Academic Pedigree: Ph.D. in Education or a closely related field from a recognized university.
Rank: Must be eligible for appointment at the rank of Full Professor .
