The “Strategic Thinker”: A PhD in a relevant management discipline (Marketing, Strategy, OB, etc.) completed or nearing completion.

Scholarly Wit: A strong research orientation with a trajectory toward (Assistant) or a proven record of (Associate) publications in FT50 or AJG 4/4* journals.

Pedagogical Grit: Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at both undergraduate and graduate (MBA/EMBA) levels, with a specific ability to teach AI concepts to business students.
