Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage multiple concession stands simultaneously, ensuring they are stocked, staffed, and ready for “Doors Open.”

Staff Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise frontline concessions staff, fostering a culture of high-speed service and “Integrity-first” customer care.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in real-time to prevent “out-of-stock” scenarios during peak intermission or pre-show rushes.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all stands adhere to rigorous food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service (Smart Serve) regulations.

Financial Accountability: Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliations, and digital payment troubleshooting for your assigned sector.

Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for equipment failures, customer complaints, or staffing shortages, resolving issues at “a moment’s notice.”
Candidate Profile

The “Event Veteran”: Supervisory experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment (stadiums, arenas, or large-scale festivals).

Leadership Wit: Ability to delegate effectively and keep a team motivated during a 10-hour outdoor shift in varying weather conditions.

Operational Grit: Strong physical stamina and the ability to “triage” operational needs when the concourse is at maximum capacity.
