Key Responsibilities

Proactive Patrolling: Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols to deter prohibited activity and ensure property standards are met.

Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security breaches, following established Paladin “Site Orders.”

Access Control: Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas to ensure only authorized personnel or customers are present in restricted zones.

Incident Reporting: Use digital reporting tools to document all shift activity, including detailed accounts of any security or safety infractions.

Customer Service: Provide directions and assistance to mall visitors, embodying Paladin’s “friendly and safer community” mission.

Compliance: Ensure all visitors and tenants adhere to the specific bylaws and property rules of the Yonge Corporate Centre.
