Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Patrolling: Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols to deter prohibited activity and ensure property standards are met.

• Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security breaches, following established Paladin “Site Orders.”

• Access Control: Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas to ensure only authorized personnel or customers are present in restricted zones.

• Incident Reporting: Use digital reporting tools to document all shift activity, including detailed accounts of any security or safety infractions.
