Employer: Tikeisha Cleans (Founded 2018).
Location: Various residential sites across Toronto (Travel via TTC).
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour + Tips & Bonuses.
Position Type: Part-time (Daytime hours only; no evenings).
Mandatory Availability: Mondays, bi-weekly Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Deep Cleaning: Execute high-standard residential cleaning, transforming spaces from messy to spotless.
Equipment Stewardship: Maintain and store your provided cleaning kit (vacuum, mop, cloths) at your home and transport them to job sites.
Supply Logistics: Track cleaning supplies, request replacements when low, and handle the laundering of your own cleaning cloths.
Mobile Efficiency: Use smartphone apps to manage schedules, track work, and communicate with the team.
Independent Execution: Work largely solo in clients’ homes, maintaining high standards without direct constant supervision.
