Job Overview: Upscale Airport Lounge Attendant – F&B (Weekend)

As a Lounge Attendant, you are a key ambassador for the Delta brand, ensuring that the buffet, bar, and seating areas remain pristine while delivering proactive, upscale service.

Key Responsibilities & Guest Experience

Food & Beverage Service

Buffet Management: Assist with basic food preparation and ensure that all food displays are aesthetically pleasing, fresh, and fully stocked.
Professional Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, answering questions about menu offerings and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized environment in the dining and lounge areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Operational Support

Clearing & Resetting: Promptly clear used glassware, china, and cutlery from guest tables to maintain the “upscale” atmosphere of the club.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary and front-desk teams to manage guest flow and address any immediate needs or requests.
Holiday/Weekend Focus: This position specifically requires availability for weekends and holidays, supporting the club during peak travel periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Profile

Experience: Previous customer service experience is required (preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or high-end retail environment).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and navigate a busy lounge environment efficiently.

Mandatory Criteria

Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and a professional appearance.
Clearance: Ability to pass a background check to obtain a SIDA badge for airport secure-area access.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is a core requirement for this role.
