Key Responsibilities
1. Passenger Escort & Assistance

Navigation: Escort arriving and departing passengers through the terminal, security, and to/from the aircraft.

Mobility Support: Operate wheelchairs, electric buggies, or caddies to transport passengers and their accompanying family members.

Luggage Handling: Provide hands-on assistance with passenger bags during the transit process.
2. Technical & Equipment Management

Maintenance: Complete Daily Equipment Check Sheets to ensure wheelchairs and buggies are clean, functional, and safe for use.

Real-Time Updates: Use IT handsets to keep Centralised Control updated on your progress and the passenger’s status.
