Key Accountabilities

Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and execution of the GTAA’s multi-year corporate strategy, aligning operational goals with long-term commercial and sustainability targets.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive analyses of global hub airports to identify emerging trends in passenger experience, cargo logistics, and digital transformation.
Business Growth Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of new revenue streams, including non-aeronautical land development, retail innovation, and international aviation partnerships.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of “Excellence in Execution” and providing strategic guidance to various business units.
Executive Advisory: Prepare evidence-based briefings, financial models, and board presentations to support the CEO and Board of Directors in high-level decision-making.
Transformation Management: Oversee the implementation of “Modernization Initiatives” that improve airport performance and operational efficiency.

The “Strategy Veteran”: Over 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, ideally with exposure to large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or a top-tier consulting firm.

The Airport Master Plan: You will work on the 20-year vision for land use, terminal expansion, and runway capacity, ensuring the physical infrastructure can support forecasted passenger growth.
