Key Responsibilities

You will lead the “Terminal Lifecycle” and act as the nodal officer for all airport functions:

Operational Orchestration: Leading check-in, boarding, baggage makeup, and ramp operations to ensure high Airport Service Quality (ASQ) and customer satisfaction.
Crisis Governance: Acting as the Nodal Officer during contingencies; activating Emergency Plans (AEP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) during any airport crisis.
Regulatory Intelligence: Ensuring strict adherence to ICAO and GCAA norms, maintaining a safe and secure environment in coordination with control authorities.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Synchronizing real-time processes with the Police, Immigration, Customs, Airlines, and Concessionaires to ensure “Seamless Conduct” of flight operations.
Budgetary Integrity: Managing and controlling departmental budgets to prescribed targets while optimizing resource allocation for efficiency.
