Key Responsibilities & Analytical Focus

Transformation Strategy & Analytics

  • Framework Development: Structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear analytical workplans and deep-dive frameworks.

  • Data Synthesis: Consolidate massive volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to identify systemic trends, inefficiencies, and structural gaps.

Cost & Vendor Optimization

  • Spend Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of vendor spend across services, applications, and technologies.

  • Normalization: Standardize vendor data across different geographies, experience levels, and commercial models to identify rate optimization opportunities.

  • Negotiation Support: Prepare fact-based inputs to empower leadership during vendor renewals and governance discussions.

Modeling & Performance Tracking

  • Scenario Modeling: Build robust business cases and financial models to assess the trade-offs between cost, risk, and value for major initiatives.

  • KPI Management: Support the definition of success metrics for the global transformation dashboard and track benefits realization over time.

  • Executive Storytelling: Prepare and present executive-ready materials for Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Background

  • Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience.

  • Sector Focus: Prior experience in strategy/transformation consulting or an internal strategy/performance office within a large, complex organization.

  • Project History: Proven track record of supporting large-scale, multi-year, or multi-workstream transformation programs.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tooling; expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.

  • Mindset: A “strong ownership mindset” with a structured thinking approach that brings clarity to complexity. You should be comfortable challenging existing narratives with hard facts.
