Core Responsibilities

Dining Experience: Set up dining rooms and serve meals to residents in a manner that is respectful, warm, and professional.
Food Preparation: Assist in the basic preparation of food items and snacks, ensuring they meet the texture and nutritional standards required for specialized care.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to “Integrity-first” food safety regulations and infection control protocols.
Service Efficiency: Manage the “meal-time flow,” including clearing tables, washing dishes, and replenishing supplies for the next shift.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential; experience in a healthcare or seniors’ living environment is a significant asset.

Technical Skills: Basic food handling knowledge and the ability to operate industrial dishwashing and kitchen equipment safely.
