Key Responsibilities
You will manage the “Operational Health” of the company’s digital environment:

L1/L2 Technical Support: Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals), software applications, and network connectivity issues.

Remote Resolution: Utilizing remote desktop tools to provide “Fast Fixes” for off-site users, ensuring minimal disruption to business workflows.
