Job Description
Do you believe that there is “no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing?” Fjällräven is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our Calgary team. We aren’t just selling backpacks and parkas; we are inspiring people to walk with nature. If you have the “grit” to lead a team through a busy Saturday rush and the “wit” to explain the wax-impregnation process of our G-1000 fabric, you are the leader we need for our “Arctic Fox” family.
In this role, you are a “Basecamp Leader.” You understand that every guest who walks through our doors is preparing for their next adventure—whether that’s a commute to the office or a trek through Banff. Your goal is to ensure they feel valued, informed, and equipped for a lifetime of use. We look for “Integrity-first” leaders who are “obsessively passionate” about sustainability and who lead by example on the sales floor.
Joining Fjällräven means joining a global mission to act responsibly towards nature, animals, and people. We offer a competitive wage and a workplace culture that encourages you to get outside and explore. We provide a supportive, high-energy environment where your leadership skills are developed and your passion for the outdoors is celebrated. If you are a self-motivated professional with a commitment to “Excellence in Service,” we invite you to apply and help us lead the way in sustainable outdoor retail.
