Core Responsibilities

  • Order-to-Cash Oversight: Manage the end-to-end OTC process, including order entry, credit checking, fulfillment coordination, and invoicing.

  • Inventory Control: Lead inventory operations, ensuring physical stock levels at regional sites match digital records in SAP with 100% accuracy.

  • SAP Master Data: Maintain and update customer and material master data, ensuring compliance with global data integrity standards.

  • Customer Support: Act as the primary operational liaison for key accounts, resolving delivery discrepancies and billing inquiries with “Exemplary Service.”

  • Operational Troubleshooting: Identify “bottlenecks” in the supply chain and leverage ERP tools to streamline the movement of goods.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze month-end reports on order status, inventory aging, and revenue targets for the regional leadership team.
