The Camp Store Associate at Aspen Crossing is a key hospitality role at one of Alberta’s most unique rural tourism destinations. Core Responsibilities

Guest Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for campers and tourists, providing a warm welcome and helpful information about the site’s amenities and train tours.

Retail Sales: Assist guests with merchandise selection, utilizing suggestive selling to highlight local products, camping essentials, and unique gifts.

Cash Management: Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, cards, and gift certificates.

Visual Merchandising: Support the layout and organization of the store by creating attractive displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and “shopper-ready.”

Inventory Support: Assist with the receiving and auditing of seasonal inventory, ensuring that high-demand items (like ice, wood, or snacks) are always available.

Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the store and immediate surrounding area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
