Core Responsibilities

  • Passenger Processing: Lead the check-in process, verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and managing baggage tagging.

  • Security Compliance: Ensure all passengers and luggage adhere to Transport Canada security regulations and internal safety protocols.

  • Flight Support: Coordinate with flight crews and ground operations to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

  • Problem Resolution: Manage flight delays, re-bookings, or passenger concerns with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Physical Demands: Assist with baggage handling, guiding passengers across the tarmac, and standing for long periods in a dynamic environment.

  • Safety Observation: Maintain a “Safety-First” mindset, identifying and reporting potential hazards in the terminal or on the ramp.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a high-volume customer service role.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to relay technical flight information clearly to passengers.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage) and remain mobile throughout the shift.

  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) through a background check.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Executive Flight Centre Calgary FBO

  • Located at 400, 1312 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB.

  • Full-Service Terminal: This is the “front line” for private and corporate aviation. It features an executive lounge, customs clearance, aircraft de-icing, and hangarage.

  • Workforce Terminal: A major part of this location’s operations involves managing “Fly-In/Fly-Out” (FIFO) personnel for Alberta’s energy sector, providing specialized check-in and lounge facilities for large groups.
