Role Mission

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary face of the airline, promoting a positive corporate image and driving customer loyalty through exceptional service.

  • Safety & Comfort: Ensure the absolute safety, security, and well-being of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle.

  • Operational Readiness: Maintain peak physical fitness and professional grooming to execute flight duties in line with strict regulatory and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Emergency Management: Instruct passengers on safety protocols, identify security risks, and administer first aid or emergency procedures as required by SOPs.

  • Premium Customer Service: Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and provide personalized attention to individual needs, pre-bookings, and requests.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive on-board sales of meals and duty-free products to meet individual and team targets, while supporting the “Charity Cloud” program.

  • Pre- & Post-Flight Logistics: Conduct rigorous checks of emergency equipment and catering supplies; manage cabin cleaning coordination and handover reports.

  • Crisis Resolution: Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, handling sensitive situations calmly without compromising the airline’s reputation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a High Secondary Certificate or Diploma (Travel/Tourism diploma is a plus).

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (additional languages are a distinct advantage).

  • Physical & Mental Traits: Fit to fly with no chronic medical conditions; presentable, cheerful, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude under high stress.

  • Competencies: Strong problem-solving, time management, and verbal communication skills.

Experience & Flexibility

  • Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, previous experience in Aviation, Cabin Crew, or Hospitality is highly valued.

  • Licensing: An active cabin crew license or training in First Aid and Safety/Emergency procedures is an added value.

  • Schedule: Must be highly flexible and adaptable to shift patterns, extended hours, and frequent schedule changes.
