Role Mission

• Global Online Education: Advance innovative online pedagogy as a full-time, non-resident scholar, teaching and conducting research remotely from outside the UAE.

• Smart Learning Innovation: Shape the future of digital learning by contributing to a learner-centric institution dedicated to transforming education through technology.

• Strategic Instruction: Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in a fully online environment, utilizing both asynchronous and synchronous methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Mentorship: Lead advanced courses in areas such as Quality 4.0, research methods, and strategy, while supervising Ph.D. dissertations and guiding rigorous research practices.

• Curriculum Development: Design and update digital course content to reflect emerging trends like Digital Transformation and the Experience Economy.

• Research Output: Maintain an active record of publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, utilizing multidisciplinary approaches (Social Sciences, IT, Data Analytics).

• Academic Service: Participate virtually in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation initiatives to ensure strong collaboration despite being remote.

• Professional Outreach: Develop and deliver workshops and seminars for professionals in the field of quality management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited university in a relevant field. (ABD candidates will be considered if completion is confirmed before the start date).

• Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital pedagogy.

• Scholarly Standing: A strong record of research or clear potential, meeting the AACSB academic qualification criteria for the School of Business Quality Management.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to teach, engage learners, and publish effectively in English.
