NSHI Ltd (National Services for Health Improvement) is a specialist healthcare service provider, not a general recruitment agency. While they do hire nursing and clinical staff to work in the field, their primary business is delivering clinical services, healthcare technology, and educational training to the NHS and pharmaceutical sectors.
They are known for deploying specialist nurses into primary and secondary care settings to manage long-term conditions—such as respiratory health, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease—using proprietary digital consultation software.

Important Context for Potential Applicants
-
Direct Employment: If you join NSHI, you are an employee of the company, not a temporary agency worker placed elsewhere. They provide a structured “Nurse Progression Pathway” and often fund diploma-level qualifications.
-
Role Nature: Many roles are mobile or remote, involving travel to GP practices within specific regions (like Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton) to run specialist clinics, audits, and patient reviews.
-
Clinical Focus: Their model relies on technology-supported consultations. Some clinicians find this highly supportive, while others may prefer traditional clinical autonomy; it is worth researching their specific diagnostic software approach during the interview process.
