ILA SODHANI is seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to lead the daily execution of their growing luxury jewelry brand in Houston. This is a “right-hand” role, working directly with the Founder to maintain the brand’s professional polish and operational backbone.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can handle the delicate balance of high-end client relations and the complex logistics of jewelry production and inventory.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

Production & Logistics

• Timeline Management: Oversee jewelry production schedules and order flow to ensure timely delivery of luxury pieces.

• Supply Chain: Manage shipping, receiving, and precise inventory coordination of high-value goods.

• Process Improvement: Build and implement new systems to increase accountability and streamline the workflow as the brand scales.

Client & Digital Management

• Communication: Support the Founder in client scheduling, professional follow-ups, and maintaining a luxury-level customer experience.

• E-commerce: Maintain website accuracy, including product updates, high-stakes pricing adjustments, and inventory reflecting.

• Accountability: Keep multiple moving parts organized, ensuring no detail—from a stone’s specs to a client’s birthday—is missed.
