Job Summary: Contact Centre Agent (Aftermarket Sales)

The Electrolux Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our Aftermarket Sales team in Luton. Requirements

  • Experience: Previous background in a sales or customer service-focused environment.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; confidence and professionalism on the telephone.

  • Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering a first-class consumer experience and working collaboratively within a team.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work core hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM) and a 1-in-3 Saturday rotation (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

Salary and Benefits

  • Base Salary: £24,570 gross per annum (for 37.5 hours/week).
