Job Overview: Senior Account Manager – Telecom (Remote)

Lingonova is seeking a high-level Senior Account Manager to lead business expansion across the United States and Canada. This is a strategic, “frontline” role designed for a professional with deep roots in the telecommunications industry and the linguistic capability to bridge international business operations.

While the role is Remote, the candidate must be based in Houston, Texas, and possess the cross-cultural expertise necessary to manage relationships with “Big T” operators and major system integrators.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Goals

Market Expansion & Sales Leadership

• Revenue Growth: Achieve aggressive targets for contract sales, market development, and timely payment collection across North America.

• Full Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire process from initial market intelligence and project bidding to final contract negotiation and signature.

• Account Depth: Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts while aggressively hunting for new customer opportunities.

Intelligence & Coordination

• Market Insights: Provide regular, high-level reporting on industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting customer needs.

• Internal Synergy: Coordinate with global internal teams to ensure that localized project execution meets international delivery standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry & Language Expertise

• Telecom Background: A mandatory strong background in telecommunications.

• Language Proficiency: High-level Chinese (Mandarin) and excellent English communication skills are preferred to facilitate cross-cultural business.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of overseas marketing or customer development experience.

Network & Technical Knowledge

• Operator Relations: Proven success working with major telecom operators (Big T), data center integrators, or telecom system integrators.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications or a related technical field.

• Legal/Location: Preference for US-based Chinese candidates or Chinese nationals with a valid US visa; must be willing to travel as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience and performance history.

• Work Type: Full-time, Remote (Houston-based).

• Region Coverage: United States & Canada.
