It is important to clarify a potential point of confusion regarding Wayman Education. While they often use the name “Wayman Learning Trust” in their job advertisements, they are, in fact, a specialist education recruitment agency, not an educational academy trust that manages schools.
They use this naming convention as part of their branding to market their services to schools and candidates. When you see a job posted under this name, you are applying to a recruitment agency that will then represent you to the hiring school.
