Key Responsibilities

You will orchestrate the daily rhythm of the engineering team through three main pillars:

Operational Logistics & AMC Management: Managing the back-end support for all Annual Maintenance Contracts, overseeing the engineering team’s daily schedules, and handling the logistics required for on-site delivery.
Technical Administration: Preparing technical quotations, invoices, and maintenance documentation. You will also manage work orders, assist technicians with equipment inspections, and provide procurement support for materials.
Reporting & Communication: Briefing technicians before assignments and conducting end-of-day reporting. You will track project progress and communicate metrics to the Engineering Director, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, accounts, and site teams.
Process & HR Support: Monitoring staff leave and overtime via daily data sheets, providing HR-related staffing support, and proactively identifying ways to improve internal service delivery processes.
