We aren’t just looking for a banker; we are looking for a “self-starter” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the “grit” to grow a private practice within a global framework. If you have the “wit” to analyze complex market trends and the dedication to provide personalized advice, you belong on our winning team.

We look for individuals who are “goal-oriented”—those who see every conversation as an opportunity to empower a family to clarify and achieve their financial objectives. Whether you are facilitating a referral to a commercial partner or conducting a deep-dive portfolio review, your focus remains on delivery and integrity.
Joining Scotiabank means joining a “purpose-driven” culture that values diversity and inclusion. We offer a compensation structure that directly rewards your ability to grow and maintain a loyal client base. We provide the leading-edge resources, dedicated marketing support, and mobile technology you need to stay “top-of-mind” in a competitive market. Here, you have the autonomy of an entrepreneur with the backing of one of the leading banks in the Americas.
If you are a certified professional with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and a clean driving record, we invite you to apply.
