Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “front-to-back” customer journey for Ruuby’s premium clientele:

  • Concierge Management: Handling daily booking inquiries across multiple channels and helping drive revenue growth through proactive sales support.

  • Complex Scheduling: Coordinating high-stakes appointments, including group bookings and large-scale corporate beauty events.

  • Problem Solving: Creatively resolving booking conflicts, such as finding immediate replacement therapists for cancellations to ensure the client’s experience is uninterrupted.

  • Crisis Communication: Informing clients and therapists of delays or changes with professional poise; resolving complaints in a timely, empathetic manner.
