Core Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Efficiently operate and monitor can/bottle line packing and labeling machines.

  • Palletizing: Manage palletizers and pallet wrappers to secure finished products for transport.

  • Quality Control: Conduct daily quality testing and accurately complete technical paperwork.

  • Material Loading: Manually load raw materials onto production lines to maintain a steady workflow.

  • Safety & Sanitation: Safely operate lifting devices, follow precise team leader instructions, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a team-based environment to meet hourly and daily production targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift.

  • Skills: Strong basic mathematics and writing skills for documentation; ability to follow technical instructions with precision.

  • Traits: Self-motivated with a “win” mentality; a team player who prioritizes safety above all else.

  • Environment: Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (warehouse/production floor).

  • Assets: Prior knowledge of wrapper, conveying systems, or can/bottle line packers is a benefit but not required.
