Core Responsibilities

Technical Consulting: Apply deep chemical knowledge to solve customer challenges related to product handling and application in industrial environments.

Strategic Account Planning: Lead the account planning process, developing performance objectives and maintaining relationships from the shop floor to senior management.

Commercial Negotiation: Proactively negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet profitability goals while identifying new growth opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors.

Market Intelligence: Maintain an expert understanding of the lime market, including supply chain logistics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry challenges.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience considered).

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of industrial sales experience. Experience in the mining sector or heavy industrial markets is highly preferred.

Language: Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is mandatory for the Eastern Region.
