  • Guest Inquiries: Handle a high volume of phone and chat inquiries from the public regarding park visits and camping.

  • Reservation Management: Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations for various park agencies across the system.

  • Policy Guidance: Provide accurate information on park availability, camping regulations, and fee structures.

  • Technical Assistance: Help customers navigate the reservation website and report any software or hardware glitches to the Customer Support Analyst (CSA) team.

  • Issue Resolution: Address billing concerns or complex reservation issues by collaborating with internal support teams.

  • Quality Standards: Maintain a polite, professional demeanor while adhering to strict efficiency and quality assurance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language: Full fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, or reservation-based environment.

  • Availability: Must be able to commit to the seasonal contract and handle increased hours during the peak summer months.

  • Technical Comfort: Ability to work remotely using phone and chat software while maintaining internal reporting logs.
