The Package Handler at FedEx Ground (recruited through CB Canada) is a vital operational role located in the Moncton industrial hub.     • Pre-load: 3:30 AM – 7:30 AM

    • Evening Sort: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

    • Late Night Sort: 9:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Core Responsibilities

  • Manual Handling: Physically load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles; sort packages by hand based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Physical Maneuvering: Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, and kneeling.

  • Scanning & Logistics: Utilize handheld scanners to track package movement and ensure every item is placed in the correct sorting lane or vehicle.

  • Safety Compliance: Execute all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to prevent injury and damage to goods.

  • Operational Flexibility: Adapt to varying shift lengths (typically 2–8 hours) based on daily package volume and business needs.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
