Senior Barista – WatchHouse (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)
WatchHouse is seeking a Senior Barista to join their team in a Monday–Friday, full-time capacity. This is a leadership-track role designed for experienced baristas ready to take the next step toward becoming a Head Barista. You will be responsible for upholding WatchHouse’s high “Modern Coffee” standards while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership: Oversee all coffee and drinks leaving the bar, ensuring every cup meets WatchHouse’s exacting standards.

Team Development: Educate and inspire the bar team, identify training needs, and provide proactive coaching to help others progress.

Operational Management: Assist with day-to-day service management, stock control, ordering, and equipment maintenance.

Strategic Input: Work closely with the House Manager to provide insights on staff scheduling, speed-of-service improvements, and drink training initiatives.

Culture Cultivation: Foster a supportive, professional environment, ensuring the team remains calm, organized, and focused during high-volume periods.
Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in specialty coffee with a track record of leadership or high-level responsibility.
